It seems like a cage match for your kitchen cupboard…

A pay per view between pre-workout and pine pollen…

But when you really get down to the stats, this isn’t a match you’d pay to see.

It’s a one sided affair.

And there’s no chance for an upset…

Because well, one side isn’t only unqualified, but is also disqualified…

You want to know what side that is?

Bodybuilding supplements.

Bodybuilding supplements aren’t only unqualified to give you the gains that they promise, but they’re also disqualified from the contest in that they aren’t natural…

They’re cheating…

They aren’t natural…

And honestly, they pose a threat to your health.

Unqualified, disqualified, and dangerous…

Which is why I cleaned out my kitchen cupboard of bodybuilding supplements and recommend you do the same.

Unqualified

You’ve seen the ads… 

You’ve probably been captivated by them…

A massive bodybuilder sporting his post workout pump with a shaker bottle full of pre-workout promises…

That’s about as good a reason as any for someone who is uninformed (deceived, really) and persuaded by good marketing to go out and buy a pre-workout supplement that’ll get them pumped like their favorite bodybuilder…

But what you’re really buying at that point is good marketing.

Your favorite bodybuilder doesn’t use that supplement…

And if they do, it has nothing to do with their gains.

That’s what the steroids are for.

Think about it like this…

A pre-workout supplement sold for $39.99 is not going to have quality ingredients…

Why?

Because there’s money involved and each person that’s invested in getting a particular product to the market is trying to get paid.

Say it costs you $5 to make a pre-workout supplement…

Well, you need to make money so you sell it to a distributor at $10 a bottle…

Then they sell it to a retailer for $20, who then marks it up to $39.99… for $5 worth of crap.

You won’t find a quality pre-workout in the retail market.

It’s that simple.

A $5 pre-workout if full of fillers, additives and low quality ingredients that simply are unqualified to do what the product promises it will do.

Disqualified

Not only are bodybuilding supplements unqualified to give you the results they promise, but they’re also disqualified from the conversation all together…

Or at least, they should be…

Most bodybuilding supplements are filled with synthetic chemicals.

Think about it with me for a second.

How on earth does a pre-workout powder become neon blue, and taste like a shock of blue raspberry when you mix it with water?

Naturally?

It’s really a laughable thought when you stop and give it some consideration.

Bodybuilding supplements are packed with artificial sweeteners that are dangerous for your health.

For example they pose a risk to your metabolic health.

They increase your risk of type II diabetes.

Also, despite all of the claims that artificial sweeteners found in these bodybuilding supplements will keep you skinny, there’s scientific research that says the opposite.

On top of the artificial sweeteners, pre-workouts and other bodybuilding supplements disqualify themselves because of their color dyes… 

Many of the synthetic dyes used to give these pre-workouts their sex appeal have ties with cancer causing chemicals.

Bodybuilding supplements are disqualified and dangerous… and when you consider them in comparison to herbal alternatives, well, they don’t even stand a chance.

Herbs – Qualified

Herbs are the real deal…

They’re a quality combination of natural ingredients that will actually do for you what they say they will do for you.

In fact, I think that herbs are the only way to go…

So much so, that there’s no more cage match going on in my kitchen cupboard, and I hope that after this post there won’t be one in yours either.
