Naturally Increase Testosterone Following This Morning Routine

Men conquer the morning…

It’s a way of life for us…

We wake up early so the rest of our family can sleep in.

We work so that our loved ones can play.

We’ve been doing it for ages, haven’t we?

But there’s another benefit to your morning routine…  

Your rise and shine is one of the best times of day to naturally increase testosterone levels.

In fact, besides those hours that you’re sleeping when the sun’s down, the morning is the most important part of your day.

Which is why you need an anabolic agenda each day.

Which is what I have for you today…

Fasting

The morning is not a time for eating…

At least if you want to naturally increase testosterone, it isn’t.

In fact, the longer you refrain from eating throughout the day, the higher your testosterone levels are going to be…

And because of this, I’ve developed my entire Anabolic Eating program (check it out here) around two fasting protocols…

The first is a 16-hour fast, which has been proven to increase testosterone levels by a loaded 180%.

The premise is simple…

Over the course of a 24-hour day, you’ll spend 16 of those hours in a fasting window, and 8 of those hours in a feasting window…

Pretty simple considering that you’ll be sleeping most of that time, and enjoying some coffee, creatine, and water the rest of it…

Until it’s time to eat plenty of testosterone-boosting foods.

The second fast in my Anabolic Eating program is a 24-hour fast, which I recommend you participate in at least twice a month…

Why?

Because one study revealed that fasting 24-hours can increase growth hormone by a massive 2,000%!

Sprinting

Forget about marathon workouts…

You don’t have to spend all day in the gym in order to boost your testosterone levels…

In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

Long workouts and marathon jogs increase your cortisol levels – testosterone’s kryptonite – and send your anabolic hormones to the dog house.

Short, all-out-effort workouts are the key to naturally increase testosterone in the morning…

And it only requires two 8-minute sessions a week to get the job done.

In fact, you can spend your entire morning routine outside if you want to…

But 15-minutes will be enough to naturally increase testosterone.  

Sunshine is packed with vitamin D, an essential vitamin for healthy testosterone levels.

recent study explored the testosterone levels of 2,299 men over the course of a year and discovered that testosterone levels followed a seasonal pattern – peaking in the summer months and falling in the winter months.

Interestingly, studies have also shown that getting sun in the morning specifically will have massive implications for your testosterone levels.

According to one study published in Neuroscience Letters, early morning sunlight increases your luteinizing hormone (a precursor to testosterone) by nearly 70%…

It will also help you to sleep better at night (which will increase your testosterone levels as well)…

Because when your skin absorbs sunlight, serotonin is released, signaling to your body that it’s the morning…

From that point, your body sets an internal clock, so that when it’s time for bed, you’ll have no problem falling asleep.

So grab some sun as a part of your morning routine…

Even that early sunrise will do your testosterone some good.

Thankfulness

This one is kind of a wild card in terms of the “how-to”…

But the concept is the same…

“Rise and grind” isn’t the best way to start your day if you want to naturally increase testosterone.

Instead, you want to rise, be thankful, and grind.

Whether you spend time in thankful prayer, meditate on the good things that you’ve been given in life, or record thoughts of gratitude in a journal, thankfulness is an essential element of your morning routine.

See, when you wake up and get right to work without taking time to reflect on what you’re grateful for, you actually allow your body to slip into a state of stress…

And when your stress levels rise, your testosterone levels plummet.

Think about it like this…

Your body spends all night producing testosterone, so it would be a shame to waste your morning testosterone boost on stress…

You don’t want to “snap out of it.”

So spend some time in gratitude.

The process won’t only naturally increase testosterone, but it’ll give you some great perspective to start the day with.

Drink Black Coffee

Not only is black coffee your best friend while you fast in the morning because it has 0 calories, suppresses your appetite and fills your belly…

But according to studies, a couple cups of black coffee will naturally increase testosterone levels in the morning as well.

Published in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism, researchers discovered that your daily cup of o’ Joe will boost your testosterone levels after you’ve had your morning set of sprints (on the Anabolic Running protocol).

And because the caffeine in coffee helps to suppress our appetite, it’ll also increase your testosterone levels because you’ll naturally shed a few pounds of body fat while you stay consistent with the Anabolic Eating program.  

I’m sure I don’t have to do too much convincing here as you’re probably drinking coffee in the morning anyway…

The only caveat I want you to add is that sugar, powder puff drinks with coffee in it doesn’t count.
