I am only into the third week of the program but overall it is a good course to follow. The workouts are kept basic which is good. The first month is really getting you to follow any workout consistently. The intermittent fasting is the key to the program in my opinion. Carb cycling has worked for me in the past so I am following along with the program. I am 60 years old but not completely out of shape so completing this program is enjoyable. The electronic format is a little cumbersome but all the information is there to read and then print out if needed. The program sends a lot of emails promoting pills and potions to take during the 90 days, guess that's part of the business. The real review and results will come at the end of the 90 days. I look forward to it!

I started phase 3 of the program definitely seeing some good results plan to repeat the first three phases with more intensity when I’m done with phase 3 is definitely works it’s doable five days a week I don’t need any special equipment except for some bands and dumbbells thank you for a while design product

I love this program! You do old school weight training along with some nuances. The workouts are in your living room or garage with simple equipment and not needing to visit a gym or expensive machines. Mark Mcilyar, the trainer, is extremely effective and likeable, easily relating to the person doing the workout. This is an easy 5 star program for us older guys!
Program works great. two weeks in and already lost 8 lbs. and shaping up. Before the only way I could loose weight was to run 2 mile every day and do imposable diets. getting older I could not keep this up. This program lets you eat good and doesn't drag you down it makes you feel better and pumped. this is also prefect for working on the road, it doesn't take that long and no special equipment is needed, I pack my bands with me and use the Motel dumbbells'' when away. Hello Gary. I would like to say on Dec 29 I weighed 292 lbs. and was very unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I grew out of my size 44 inch pants and knew I had to do something. I started fit after 40 workouts and this past Sunday May 3, I weighed 257 lbs. I am fitting into my size 38 shorts and I feel and look so much better. I can’t follow the meal plan as well as I should but the workouts I love and I can modify them to fit the weights I have. I would like to add I have done no running during this time and all my sprints have been done on a recumbent bike or my concept 2 rower. Started out with Gary Walker's SBSS program which was a month it got b e eating good and healthy. Then went on to the RA40 program did not make past week 3 on phase 2 due to gyms closing but Gary gave a lot of at home videos to help keep pushing forward, when I started the programs I was at 197, 4 months later I'm weighing 163 and getting cut and seeing ab muscles. Since taking PUMP, I have more energy during the day and feel more clear and focused. Still use before exercising. You advertise Pump and then you advertise Reload and then you advertise Shield. They all are supposed to achieve the same goal. I’m almost convinced this hype. Not seeing any significant difference from anything else in stores.
