At Live Anabolic, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 365 days of the delivery date.
Our 365-Day Guarantee is designed to let you try our products in good faith. To protect this generous policy for all customers, we reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
Do I have to return the bottles to get a refund?
In most cases, you do not need to return empty bottles to receive a refund.
If you have unopened product remaining, we may provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and ask you to send the unopened bottles back to us.
For quality control or where we suspect abuse or fraud, we may require the return of remaining product (opened or unopened) before issuing a refund.

STEP 2: Return of Product (If Requested)
If we ask you to return unopened or remaining product, we will provide instructions. In many cases:
• If you have unopened bottles, we may send you a return shipping label to send them back.
• Unless we provide a prepaid label, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
