I am a 71 years old wish I new about these products years ago. I started out with ANABOLIC RELOAD. FELT the difference right away. Now I am hooked on everything I have tried. Plus I have a lot of metal in me from being in Vietnam and Cambodia. These products are so good.

I am a pretty beat up guy and this product is amazing.

Still use before exercising. You advertise Pump and then you advertise Reload and then you advertise Shield. They all are supposed to achieve the same goal. I’m almost convinced this hype. Not seeing any significant difference from anything else in stores.

just started using pump and it appears to be really helping my workouts

I used this product for 6 months and stopped due to financial issues for a few months... Landed a nice job and this was one of the first things I ordered. Highly recommend it!

1/2 way through second bottle, for me no change in energy recovery or libido or any improvement down south

I have been using this item for approximately 3 weeks. I enjoy it and notice the change in my workouts and stamina

Starting taking the supplements as instructed as soon as they arrived. Nothing to report yet.

I've been using LiveAnabolic am and pm now for almost 3 months. I'm not feeling a huge increase in energy. But it still may be too early. I will give it a full 6 months before I fully decide. For the price I am hopeful it works as advertised.

Shield has resolved much of my stomach problems!!

The longer you take it the better you feel. I am finding this out myself.

Too early to tell

I am still taking 2 capsules a day for almost 3 weeks and the truth for me I haven't seen any real weight lost. I believe like any other product if I don't exercise I cannot lose weight or I lose a pound one day and gain it back the next day. Not to discredit your product because I have been using the capsules and eating normally but not dieting and I think it takes that along with exercising for this product to work. I am open to suggestions if you feel there is something I should be doing different for this product to work for me.

It's hard to say if that is what has helped, I have been taking it for about two months, during this time I have changed my diet and tried to follow your exercise tips and routines. I'm a nurse and a busy dad. I'm 46 and found myself over weight and wondering what the *$$!! happened. Our work recently had a biggest loser type of content where we weighed in and had a dexa scan as well so you were able to tell your exact body fat and muscle mass. I went from 236 lbs to 201 from 8/1- 10/31. My body fat went from 40.7% to 29.4% and I gained over 5 lbs of lean muscle mass. Thanks for your help. I even won the competition.

I've found AB-Shred to be an excellent product in helping me reach my goals of leaning out and trimming body fat. AB-Shred when taken has curbed my appetite when eating medium to heavier carb meals on days I work out and has helped me to lean out at a steady pace. Also helps keep me satiated for the remainder of the day when I take it thus helping me to cut caloric intake! I've just reorderd this product again and would highly recommend it!
